Half-day meeting

This half-day service includes:

• The use of several reception rooms, depending on the number of guests and the catering format for your luncheon.
• Our technical pack including a video projector, two HF microphones, two speakers and a screen.
• A coffee break offering coffee, tea, small pastries or sweet snacks, fruit juice, and still and sparkling water. 
• A sit-down luncheon or cocktail reception, as preferred. Wines are included.
• Your personalised signage system
